Well, how do you start a bio? Sean can juggle, do the Rubiks cube, change the brakes on a car, and is 5’11” and ¾. He’s proud of three of those four things. He’s a project manager, problem solver, versatile executive that’s frustrated he didn’t grow another ¼ of an inch.
Sean grew up surrounded by tech with two parents in the tech industry. Naturally, that made him want to go into finance in college, but what you know, what you love, and what you’re good at, always draws you back in. Throughout his career, he’s worked in various fields, a non-profit, a large national mortgage company, managed commercial data centers, and worked to improve efficiencies in the medical world. At every turn, his ability to adapt, review what problems need to be solved, and work to build a team to solve those problems, has come through.
Starting as a phone support engineer and rising to CTO might be the modern equivalent of the old “from the mail room to the board room” story, but it’s just what he did. Hard work and his ability to solve problems is what he now plans to bring to the real estate industry. After a year of working in the industry, he immediately knew things needed to change. As co-founder of Property Sprocket, he really believes it’s “The Future of Real Estate” and plans to change real estate forever. Solving problems, even those people don’t know they have, is something he excels at and loves.
